Favorite Hulu Workouts

(Edible and visible proof that I need to get my groove back on)

Working out is hard for me to get motivated about, and let's face it: I'm a cheap loner.  Luckily, my favorite video site, Hulu, offers fitness videos that I can do in my skivvies in the privacy of my own home!  Here is a running list of my favorites:

Envy Girls: Looks totally stupid, but it works!  I talked my hubby into working out with me (no, he had no idea which video we were going to do), and we were both exhausted by the end (we used very different weight amounts).  I've only tried the total body workout, but I'm willing to try the other ones, too.  Good cardio, and easy to up the ante by increasing the dumbell weight.  Requires weights.

Slim and Sleek Fast!: By Ellen Barrett (I love her Weight Loss Pilates), so you know it's great!  This got me pretty sore the next day.  Her workouts always make me feel like a graceful dancer...and that's really saying something because I'm as graceful as an elephant.  Requires weights.

Less Is More Cardio: So. Intense.  Think boxing + running + Spiderman.  Yes, Spiderman.  Really good for burning fat quickly -- not for the faint of breath!  The only downside is that it's sponsored by Powerade or something, so she reminds you of how thirsty and exhausted you are during the first third of the video.  However, Hulu's workout videos often stop for commercials (except for Envy Girls, lucky devils), and this provides a good time to hydrate.  No equipment required.
